Read the account type
Team, invitation and personal access can work differently. Confirm whether you need your own email, how an invitation arrives and who controls access. A Pro label alone does not establish identical account privileges for every variant.
Use current plan prices
Read the live plan table and the product page. Use the final checkout amount rather than a price in an older image or message. Compare the same account type and duration. If the plan is out of stock, confirm availability before paying.
Check activation after delivery
Follow the supplied guide and confirm access on the correct account. Contact support with your order number if activation fails. Keep login information and screenshots containing sensitive details out of public groups.
Design backups and warranty
Keep backups of important work and track your subscription expiry. Duration, warranty and refund conditions are separate. Check the selected plan and the Replacement & Refund Policy. Review the new terms again before renewing.
